What counts as large format?
Anything from 24″x48″ panels up to full slabs that can clad an entire shower wall in one piece. Fewer grout lines mean cleaner sightlines, easier maintenance, and rooms that feel bigger and calmer.
Why designers ask for it
Seamless looks. A marble-look slab across a kitchen island or fireplace reads as one continuous piece of stone — at a fraction of the cost and none of the upkeep.

What to know before you buy
